Because all international orders are shipped with end-to-end tracking, you can monitor your package's status directly via Australia Post or your local national postal service website (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post).If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days—or appears stuck prior to customs entry—please contact us with your order number. We will happily lodge a formal missing package inquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY POLICYAddress Verification at CheckoutOrders are shipped strictly to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please double-check your complete address (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers) before completing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address details.Updating Your Address Before DispatchIf you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed and dispatched, we will gladly update it for you. Once an order has been shipped, address updates can no longer be made on our end, and it becomes the customer's responsibility to attempt a delivery redirect through their local postal carrier.Returned Parcels (Undeliverable / Incorrect Address)In the event that a parcel is returned to our studio by the postal carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address:For Redelivery: If you would like your parcel reshipped, you will be required to cover the new postage fee.For Refunds: If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued for the physical items minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as the carrier service was already rendered. (Refunds are processed only after the returned parcel has physically arrived back at our studio).

Yes, provided your order has not yet been processed or dispatched!If you'd like to add items to an existing order:Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us with your original Order Number and a clear list of the specific items you wish to add.Combined Invoice & Shipping Check: We will update your cart order, calculate any small difference in item cost and weight-based shipping (if the added items push your package into the next weight tier), and send you an invoice for the balance.Seamless Customs Filing: We will ensure your new items and their specific customs tariff details (HTS codes, duties, and taxes) are merged into your pre-filed Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) manifest so your parcel passes through customs smoothly without delay.(Please note: Once an order has entered final packing or dispatch with Australia Post, we are unable to add items or combine shipments, and a separate order will need to be placed).
