Hello everyone!

Elodie back with you today to share my newest CVS project. I played again with the gorgeous More than Words collection and made a soft page all about my oldest girl using a photo snapped in Italy last spring. Here is my girly layout!

I usually use patterned paper for my backgrounds but, this time, I went with white cardstock that I spiced up with strips from the beautiful Effervescent sheet. I hand cut two strips following the chevron pattern and placed them at the top and at the bottom of the page. How pretty and delicate is this chevron paper? Love it!

I adhered the photo on the top strip with foam squares to make it pop and moved on to the embellishing. I made a pretty cluster around the picture using die cuts, chipboard stickers and vellum accents. Those chipboard stickers are so great to add dimension to a project!

I adorned the photo with cute pennants and a flower from the ephemera pack and added a lovely chipboard butterfly on the top right-hand corner of the page. The More than Words colors work so well with this photo of my girl!

For the title, I used a chipboard word from the chipboard accent sticker sheet and I placed it along the bottom strip. I completed my title with a word sticker from the accessory sticker sheet and adorned it with a cute chipboard heart. I finished my layout with enamel shapes that I placed on and around some of the embellies. They are the perfect finishing touch!

I can’t get enough of these pastel colors and pretty patterns. I just love this collection! I hope my page inspires you to have fun with it! Thanks so much for visiting the blog today! Have a beautiful day!
