Hello Friends! Welcome in my first post in June. I had such an amazing few weeks in May during my visit in Australia. I had a pleasure to meet Zoe – the owner of CVS, and few DT girls. They are all so amazing and talented. I also attended fantastic Creative Retreat event (you can already sign up for next year and spots are filling fast so hurry up!!!). We had such a great time, laughing and creating. Even though I didn’t take much of scrappy stuff from Poland, I had all the amazing Cocoa Vanilla collections in hand and I finished few pages. For this one I used pretty “Wild at heart” collection.
This page is all about fussy cutting. I love this simple technique so much. With only a scissors and some time, you can squueze so much more from your papers. I took “Luscious” paper and I cut our all the flower clusters from it.
I cut out a big circle from “Mariposa” paper and backed it with “Double dot” pattern adding a little bit of dimension between those two layers. I filled the circle with my fussy cut flowers adding photo in between them.
I also cut our few butterlies from the leftover circle and added them between the flowers. My title is created with chipboard stickers from the same collection. I also added few bits and pieces from ephemera pack.
My page turned out to be a quite dimensional thanks to the 3D foam squares added under some of the layers. I finished my project by adding glittery enamel dots from “Make a wish” collection.
That is all for today. Thank you for stopping by and see you in two weeks <3
